FINE-TUNE ONE DAY
Give each day its own plan.
Change only what is different for this day. Blank targets, requests and production inherit your standing rules; zero means zero.
How to count supply without duplicating units
Confirmed incoming and expected production are separate. Production overrides apply only in Ship as produced mode. Proposed extra supply is unconfirmed and must be additional to production and confirmed arrivals. Remove a proposal when those same units become confirmed. Editing daily requests clears their order links; the quantities remain in your planner.

Your current rule is shown above. Change these settings only when you want the plan to behave differently. Shipping permission is set separately under Delivery.
Order guidance
Keep every day covered.
Fast-ship rounds are suggestions, not booked deliveries. Today’s rescue and tomorrow’s remaining gap are separate scenarios; recalculate after confirming supply. Round quantities are rounded up to full rounds.
¹ Includes unfilled requests carried forward. ² Confirmed incoming plus expected production/planned replenishment and any proposed extra supply. Proposals are unconfirmed; incoming totals include them once. ³ Total next-day requirement after remaining stock and confirmed incoming; expected production, planned replenishment and proposed extra supply cover part or all of this amount. ⁴ In Ship as produced mode, rescue rounds cover held demand; a reserve gap is shown separately. Reserve-first mode includes today’s protected minimum. Expected production is not counted again as next-day replenishment.

NOT AUTHORIZED
Supplier notification appears in the fulfillment queue. Carrier booking, tracking and actual dispatch require a fulfillment integration. Forecast replenishment is an estimate.
Your connected plan
Everything, in one place.
Saving a plan preserves its inputs. Shipping permission is granted separately under Set your limits; no shipment is dispatched by this planner.
How the rules work
Ship as produced: start with the stock actually remaining, including zero after a reserve is used up. Add other confirmed incoming units and the units expected to finish production that day. Serve new and already-waiting requests immediately from what is available. The ready minimum remains a target; it does not block shipping. Surplus rebuilds the reserve. Unfilled requests carry forward.
Reserve first: keep the protected minimum before shipping. Planned replenishment is capped by supply capacity and becomes available the following day. Daily production overrides are inactive in this mode.
In Ship as produced mode, blank production entries use the daily production forecast while its switch is on; zero means no production. Turning that switch off stops inherited production, but explicit production entries remain. Other confirmed incoming units must not duplicate production entries. Replenishment need includes the next day’s target, requests and backlog, less closing stock and other confirmed incoming. Planned production covers part of that need; do not add both quantities. Same-day rescue suggestions cover demand gaps in Ship as produced mode; reserve recovery is separate.
Conservation: closing = opening + other confirmed incoming + expected production (or prior-day planned replenishment) − shipments. All projections assume the stated production/supply arrives. Saved shipping authorization and supplier eligibility checks remain separate from the forecast; no carrier dispatch is connected.
